See...to me, those look more like 81mm mortar rounds than rockets. But then, again, I don't recall any WWII era mortar with a lightable fuse...
It seems that the logistics department was going a little quick with thier label stickers and either stuck a fireworks label on a box of munitions, or a munitions label on a box of fireworks. Either way, some supply clerk somewhere is going to be in trouble.
