I think that should be Theater 1, Play 2, Act 1, Scene 1. Otherwise, why even bother with the Play counter?

Yay! I wondered what the Japanese and US were up to. I love how the soldiers are always within earshot of their general (Admiral? Ranks look navy-ish). Nothing like a gap in your collection to make you angry...

@Jprime: I think it makes sense. This is the first play in the second theater, so I would imagine it would have all new characters and so on, and we will come back to the 1st theater again later, with the second play there.

Reynard: Nothing worse than an unfinished collection... I'm missing some comics, I know the feeling. I can relate. I'm missing about 5 DVDs from an anime series I really love and now they're no longer available for less than $150.00 each.

He seems to be missing the Russian ensign from Tsushima.

Oh... It’s like a game of football (that's soccer to Yanks)! *does the Mexican wave*

Challenge the Americans to a game of origami and bonsai (and no ninja looting)!

He’s going to be really disappointed when he finds out that the US uses a non standard flag size.

I'm wondering where he found a U.S. 50 star flag during WWII. There were only 48 states at the time; Alaska and Hawai'i didn't become states until 1959.

I do realize that Jan may have forgotten that small fact when he drew the comic. The 48-star flag had 6 rows of 8 star in a perfect rectangle.

    See https://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-1940S-COTTON-RELIANCE-US-48-STAR-FLAG-PRINT-STARS-33-X-58-/360464758534 for a real 48-star flag.

Love how he's got the Cross of Burgundy in his collection (Panel 2, upper right).
